DELIVERY & RETURNS

ORDERS

Orders can only be delivered to UK addresses and that in placing an order the customer confirms that she/he is purchasing the product within the UK, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Please note we cannot deliver to British Forces posted overseas (BFPO), addresses or PO Box addresses.

We currently offer two standard UK delivery options:

Standard Delivery £4.95 – order under £40.00, delivery in 3 to 5 business days.

Free Standard Delivery  - orders over £40.00, delivery in 3 to 5 business days, if you spend over £40.00.

Scottish Highlands - £6.95 – AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50.

Scottish Islands - £6.95 – HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

Republic of Ireland - £10.95.

Isle of Man - £10.95.

Channel Islands – we currently do not deliver to the Channel Islands.

Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, but exclude public holidays. Every effort will be made to meet these delivery timescales, but this cannot be guaranteed in some parts of the UK. We do not currently deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received. 

RETURNS

As follows is our standard returns policy for your reference.

Returns and refunds

  1. Should you wish to return anything bought from us online, please contact our Customer Service team no later than 14 days after receipt of your order to start the return process. Call our UK customer care line+44 (0) 121 454 3571, open from Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm. Or, if you prefer you can email us on customerservice@silverwood-bakeware.com
  2. Ensure you return your items unused and undamaged with any labels still attached in their original packaging. The original despatch note or the return note needs to be included. If we find that the products have not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. 
  3. Please note we are not responsible for return postage or other delivery costs except in the case of us supplying you incorrect or faulty items. Neither can we accept responsibility for packages that never reach us, so we advise you to use a traceable and insured service to return your product to us. 
  4. Upon receipt of your returned goods we will make a refund to the card or PayPal account used to place the original order. We will process your return as quickly as possible. However, during very busy periods, please allow between 6 - 10 working days for your return to be processed. Customers’ statutory rights under civil law are unaffected by this policy. 
  5. Unfortunately we can neither process exchanges for products bought online at this time nor can we accept refunds or exchanges of goods bought online in our retail stores.
